MOVEMBER

HI All,

I hope you are up for the challenge!  We have committed to getting involved with Movember.  This year we would like to run a competition between the Depots on which site can grow the best MO !!!

What is it?

Movember is an annual event involving the growing of moustaches during the month of November to raise awareness of men's health issues, such as prostate cancer, testicular cancer, and men's suicide. There are several ways that we can get involved.

1.            Grow a Mo – join the Kalari Team and grow a Mo https://moteam.co/kalari-team?mc=1

2.            Host a ‘MO – ment’  - schedule a lunch or morning tea at your depot/office and ask for a gold coin donation for Movember

3.            Walk or Run 60Km in the month of November for the 60 males who have committed suicide.  

MTDATA Job Completion

Hi All,

There is a big push to make sure all jobs are completed on MTDATA properly, as this provides important metrics for the business.

If you are having any issues: such as no job, or not sure how to fill out the job correctly on the tablet. Please let the supervisor on shift know who will be able to provide assistance.

Hi all, please see changed traffic conditions for accessing the Tesyard, trucks coming from Dysart will need to head almost all the way to Peak Downs then turn left at the ‘Local Traffic Only’ sign which will put them back on the original road to access the Tesyard, any questions please contact Kelsey or Andrew,

Hi all, can we please make sure containers and tyne pockets are wiped down prior to leaving sites. As the rocks can cause a hazard for other traffic on the road.

New Kalari Tankers

Hi all, our first set of new tankers are just about ready to be picked up, these tankers are Jamieson which are slightly different to the current Holmwood sets we have, we are currently going through a change mgmt. process and will distribute a new Work Instruction before loading.

Important update from payroll

Trialing new seals

Hi all, over the next few weeks you will see some new yellow security seals we have purchased. We are trialing these seals for a period of time with the potential to possibly replace the current ones we use. Please provide any feedback you have once we start using them.

EA Approved

Good morning all,

I can confirm that Proposed EA has been approved as of this morning, I would like to thank everyone for their patience through out this time, it has been an exhausting (and lengthy) process but we are there now.

Next steps:

I will confirm with Payroll when your much deserved pay increases will commence, I will let you all know ASAP when this happens.
