New - Hub Temperature Monitoring Record
The below is the latest Hub Temperature Monitoring Record and tips for how and where the information is to be recorded. The minimum requirement for 1 per day has been removed as hot wheel events are a key concern for our business and our customers and should be completed regularly. We are waiting on the pre-printed books to be sent, however copies are available from your Supervisor in the interim

DATE
4th June 2024
Dear Employee/s,
As discussed, we wish to advise that we will be moving to annualised salary at Gladstone. This means that there will be no longer any top up top down calculations each week. By making this change it will simplify the process, be less confusing for employees and reduce the amount of administration for sites and payroll.
Your annualised salary will be based on the current roster of 6 days on and 6 days off based on 11 hours per day 38 hours per week. Please see below configuration
· Shift Length is 11 hours worked (12 rostered hours less 2 x 30-minute unpaid meal breaks). broken down as follows:
Ordinary Time
10.86 Hours
Rostered Additional Hours
0.14 Hours
Total
11 Hours
Unrostered Overtime (UROT)
All hours in excess of 11 hours per day plus all shifts on days that would be ordinarily be a non-rostered day.
You will be paid your weekly annualised salary plus any additional worked Unrostered overtime (UROT) hours in the normal weekly pay cycle.
As part of this transition you will be provided a with a new Letter of offer that will have all your annualised salary details, your UROT hourly rate and any applicable allowances. We request that your return your Letter of Offer by Friday the 14th June 2024.
A reconciliation will be completed of the current top up top down arrangements and if there is a shortfall of the current top up top down arrangements it will be rectified in next pay run. If there are any overpayments we will not be seeking reimbursement.
These changes will be effective from the 24st June 2024
If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to contact me.

MOVEMBER
HI All,
I hope you are up for the challenge! We have committed to getting involved with Movember. This year we would like to run a competition between the Depots on which site can grow the best MO !!!
What is it?
Movember is an annual event involving the growing of moustaches during the month of November to raise awareness of men's health issues, such as prostate cancer, testicular cancer, and men's suicide. There are several ways that we can get involved.
1. Grow a Mo – join the Kalari Team and grow a Mo https://moteam.co/kalari-team?mc=1
2. Host a ‘MO – ment’ - schedule a lunch or morning tea at your depot/office and ask for a gold coin donation for Movember
3. Walk or Run 60Km in the month of November for the 60 males who have committed suicide.
MTDATA Job Completion
Hi All,
There is a big push to make sure all jobs are completed on MTDATA properly, as this provides important metrics for the business.
If you are having any issues: such as no job, or not sure how to fill out the job correctly on the tablet. Please let the supervisor on shift know who will be able to provide assistance.
Any questions please let one of the operations team know.
Regards,
James

Hi all, please see changed traffic conditions for accessing the Tesyard, trucks coming from Dysart will need to head almost all the way to Peak Downs then turn left at the ‘Local Traffic Only’ sign which will put them back on the original road to access the Tesyard, any questions please contact Kelsey or Andrew,
Thanks
Hi all, can we please make sure containers and tyne pockets are wiped down prior to leaving sites. As the rocks can cause a hazard for other traffic on the road.
Thanks, Kelsey.
